I visit this unique restaurant from time to time because I like the special air that is part of this restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and skilfull. The service is absolutely fast. Not to mention, the food they prepare is good. I frequent many times and I was always pleased. The price is modest. I highly suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

I just ate here last year and had the classic cheese burger and it was seriously best I've ever had. I've never been a huge burger fan but wow this place has great burgers! Highly recommend the cheese burger.

I placed an online order to be ready for pick up at 8:50pm. I showed up at 8:47pm and told the guy at the register that I had placed an online order. He barely made eye contact and told me it would be ready in a few minutes, then walked away after he was done with the register. I took a seat and waited... and waited... and waited. The chef stopped cooking and exited the kitchen. There was no other food being cooked. The original guy that was at the register walked back over to the register, grabbed a drink and did who knows what behind the counter. And then he realized my food had been sitting there on the counter behind the register even before I walked in the door. He walked it over to me and didn't say a word. I called him out on the lack of apology and he proceeded to give me excuses about being a long day and under staffed. Customer service is difficult, I get it. I've worked in the customer service industry for the past 20 years. But being under staffed and having a long day doesn't excuse the common decency to apologize for your mistake. I left with my cold food at 9:12pm, 25 minutes later.

Im still not over them closing both locations, they were the best burgers out there and now im stuck having to find a new burger place to go to

Every single time I come here, I am impressed by the service and today was no exception. We had a minor issue with food temp today and the employees were responsive and helpful. It wasn’t flashy or over the top, but it was distinct enough that my husband AND I each unknowingly left an extra tip in the jar. The food is always fresh and there are plenty of alternatives available for almost any range of food sensitivities and preferences.
